    I have been training with F4L Triathlon Coaching since 2013 (the year I turned 40), both on a casual basis attending training sessions and being on a structured individual program to meet specific triathlon goals. Paul is a great, experienced and knowledgeable coach, tailoring the sessions to meet individual skills and abilities. The training sessions are fun and everyone who attends is encouraging and supportive. Before joining F4L my only previous sporting achievement was finishing a couple of fun/charity run events. When I joined it was with a crazy idea that I wanted to try and complete a short distance Triathlon. Coach Paul helped me turn my crazy idea into a reality. I have since completed quite a few sprint distance triathlons, a couple of Olympic distances and the Karri Valley long course in 2016. Something I never would have thought possible when I started. I can highly recommend F4L Triathlon Coaching for anyone.
